Special Meeting/Workshop

2. Attorney Client Session re: Curtis Sherrod v. PBCSD
   Minutes: Our counsel has indicated a desire to obtain advice from the Board regarding the outcome of the recently concluded trial and strategies related to the litigation expenditures in the case of Curtis L. Sherrod v. District of Palm Beach County. This emergency meeting is being held in accordance with Florida Statute pursuant to a finding of an immediate danger to the public welfare and allowing the Board to consider options.
   
   In accordance with Florida Statute 286.011, a closed-door, attorney-client session has been scheduled for now and was properly noticed in a manner the Board deems fair under these circumstances. This session will take approximately 10 minutes. The following people will be in attendance:
